How it works

Clarity at every stage.

The exact process and contractual documents will depend on the proposed journey and appointed operator. This guide explains the practical sequence without inventing commercial terms.

Share your plans

Route, dates, local times, passengers, baggage, preferences and onward commitments establish the real requirement.

Review options

Suitable aircraft and operator options are compared with clear assumptions, inclusions and material differences.

Confirm arrangements

Before commitment, review operator identity, aircraft, itinerary, price, payment instructions and applicable terms.

Travel

Passenger details, terminal information and coordination are prepared while the operator and captain retain operational control.

Enquiry and sourcing

A useful enquiry describes the complete journey. AEROZEAL can then approach aircraft operators for options that appear suitable for the stated route and needs. Availability and suitability remain subject to operator confirmation.

Quotations and operator information

A quotation should identify the proposed aircraft and legal operator, itinerary, price and what is included or may change. Options should be compared on the whole arrangement, not only a headline price.

Booking and payment

The contracting party, payment recipient, cancellation provisions and other terms must be clear before funds are sent. AEROZEAL has not yet published standard contractual terms; these remain a launch requirement.

Passenger preparation

Accurate passenger, identity and baggage information may be required by the operator and authorities. The method, timing and privacy notice for supplying it will be confirmed before enquiry collection is activated.

Travel-day coordination

Clients should receive the terminal location, requested arrival time and an appropriate operational contact. Weather, maintenance, airport conditions and crew decisions can still affect the plan.
