Safety & Standards

Responsibility must remain clear.

AEROZEAL is a charter broker. The appointed aircraft operator and captain retain operational control and responsibility for conducting the flight safely.

Operator authorisation

A charter flight must be performed by an appropriately licensed carrier operating under the authority applicable to that flight.

Operator identity

The broker, aircraft owner and legal operator may be different organisations. Clients should know who will operate the flight.

Aircraft suitability

The operator assesses aircraft, route, load, airport, weather and operational constraints for the proposed journey.

Captain’s authority

The captain may delay, divert or cancel when conditions require. Schedule pressure must not override that judgment.

Verified position today

AEROZEAL has not yet published a proprietary operator-audit programme, certification, safety rating requirement or insurance threshold. None is claimed on this website.

Before launch, AEROZEAL must document and approve its operator verification and record-keeping procedures for the jurisdictions it intends to serve. Independent ratings may provide useful information, but their scope and current status need to be understood; they are not a substitute for regulatory authority or operational judgment.
